Welcome to Second Chance Through Faith (SCTF), a gang intervention and prevention program designed for at-risk youth and juveniles aged 12-21. Our program is focused on building a foundation of faith to prevent introduction to gang violence and to provide transitional assistance for juveniles.
Our primary mission is to offer 1-on-1 mentorship, Bible studies, and engaging activities to prevent gang violence, criminal offenses, drug/alcohol addiction, and underage sexual activities. We believe that by providing a safe and supportive environment, we can equip our youth with the skills and resources needed to make positive choices and lead successful lives.

Mission Statement
Providing a second chance for the youth and young adults by means of prevention, intervention, and suppression in gang involvement and juvenile delinquency through Faith in the El Paso County.
Goals & Objectives
Our goals and objectives are centered around mentoring and positively influencing at-risk youth. Our aim is to provide a caring environment for them to thrive in, with positive role models from their own community. We strive to help at-risk youth and juveniles succeed academically by offering support and meaningful relationships with adults.
Our efforts also extend to reducing juvenile crime rates in the surrounding neighborhoods by keeping at-risk youth engaged in fun and exciting activities. Additionally, we encourage community service and volunteer projects, fostering a sense of responsibility and ownership in the youth we serve.
Founders Estevan & Lisa Medina
The founders of Second Chance Through Faith (SCTF) are Estevan and Lisa Medina. Estevan is a transformed individual who was once a member of a gang but has now dedicated his life to serving at-risk youth and preventing gang activity. He found a new purpose and direction in life through his faith in Jesus Christ and is committed to helping juveniles successfully transition back to society.
